This year’s Joint Services Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Resource Fair will feature private companies, as well as state and federal government agencies ready to assist you and your exceptional family member. This is an excellent opportunity for attendees to network and meet exhibitors face-to-face and learn about resources that may benefit your family. Children’s activities will be available under parent supervision.

INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

The Joint Services EFMP Resource Fair provides your organization with an exciting opportunity to offer your assistance and services to the families of our nation’s fighting force. Attendees will include men and women of all ranks and from all branches of military service. Attendees may be active duty, retired, reservists, separating from military service, military spouses, or DoD civilians. This is an excellent opportunity for your organization to network with prospective clients and other agencies in the special needs community.

Registration includes: one 6 ft. table and two chairs per table; guaranteed parking; no cost associated (free event). Registration is open until Friday, April 28, 2017 or until all available spots are filled. To guarantee that your organization’s information appears in the EFMP resource guide that will be available to attendees, please register by April 28, 2017. Please bring your own tablecloth; one will not be provided for you. Bottled water will be provided. There is coffee and food available for purchase on the installation (see map). You will not have access to an electrical outlet, so please be prepared for that. If you need additional information or need to make changes to your original registration, please contact the Henderson Hall EFMP office at 703-693-7195.

If you do not have a Department of Defense (DoD) ID, please complete the paperwork to gain access to the installation.


Event Access & Parking
You can access parking through Henderson Hall Gate 1 if you have a DoD ID card. Please click on the link for a base map and detailed directions to Henderson Hall. Access to Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall has recently changed. Please visit this link to learn about the new access control policies for non-federal and non-DoD ID card holders, who must now use the Hatfield Gate, just off Washington Boulevard (Route 27). Please use the 3rd deck of the parking garage next to Smith Gym or the spaces along the cemetery wall. Do NOT park in any space marked Navy Mutual or any other marked/reserved parking spot.

Event set-up
Exhibitor set-up time is from 0900-1000. Once you arrive, please check-in with our exhibitor registration in the gym to receive your organization’s table assignment and badge. You may unload at the side door of Smith Gym on Northeast Ave (look for signs).


Cancellation Policy
All cancellations MUST be received via email before April 28, 2017. Send your cancellation request to davina.hardaway@usmc-mccs.org.
