Lunchtime Spin Class is Back!

Beginners Spin: Wednesdays 11:30 am – 12:00 pm.
Spin Master: Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:30 am – 12:15 pm.

Join Smith Gym for the high energy ride of your life. Tackle rolling hills, sprints, jumps, and other drills while you enjoy this great interval workout.

Classes cost $3 per class or $40 (20 classes).
